Support: AB64: Diploma for Special Education Pupils

Description: Revises requirements for receipt of a high school diploma for special education pupils
allowing students who want to work or pursue other endearvors to not be held back by this prerequisite.
The bill will also allow for diplomas to retroactively be granted to those up to the age 22 who have
already completed the requirements.
